Tokico Blues
Well after 5 years of use, my front left Tokico Blue was blown. I had purchased them from SHOX.COM, gave them a call last week and they sent me out a new one for $80. Once I send them the old one back (any day now) Ill get my money back (less a $10 processing fee). Gotta love lifetime warranty's.
I changed out the shock myself on Sunday. It took about 2 hrs. I got the DIY instructions from lexls.com. They were very helpful. I picked up a spring compressor and pitman arm/ball joint puller from harbor freight. The rest I did with air tools, propane torch, and rust eater spray. The bolts were pretty stuck on after many buffalo winters.
The car drives so much better now. It no longer Dives when braking and actually corners nicely again instead of leeeeaning.

I think it even says it somewhere on the information or warnings in the box to replace them in pairs actually, iirc.
You may want to get another new one and keep the older one as a spare.

Like Dutch said, too bad Tokico doesnt warranty their parts in pairs. I could only get one replaced under warranty so thats what I did. Both shocks seem to be playing very nicely together (despite their age difference)

well you seem to be pretty happy with how it feels, and you got it on warranty, so whatever works.
they're just blues anyways, i doubt the difference would be that noticeable anyways.
