Best scale model or diecast LS400?
I'm looking for an LS400/Celsior scale model or a diecast and there are multiple brands to choose from. I'd like one for a 1990-1997, not 1998-2000. I've found a Fujimi LS400, 1998 "custom" LS400 (not what I want), and both a Celsior model and an LS400 model from Tamiya. Any recommendations or input is welcome.

You can't go wrong with anything from Tamiya. They happen to be pricy unless you can find them on sale at the local hobby shop.

I'll have to search through my browser history to find one site. It had a few post m/c LS400's on it. I'll do that this evening, after work.

Man I just threw away like 3 sets of LS400 models because I had them for like 5 years and never got around to painting and assembling them, I wish you had posted this like a week earlier.
I had sets from Tamiya and Aoshima.. both are equally good. Aoshima has the cool Junction Produce ones.
My advice: don't get a kit that you have to build. It takes way too long and requires so much patience and skill.... I did not have it Just get a metal one that is already made
I saw a few on eBay but they were like $50.

The fun of it is needing to build it for me. I don't want a pre-made diecast, although I may buy one if I find one of excellent quality for little money.

Edit: Does anyone have any experience with Gunze or know how they compare?
