Default Just bought a LS400 Suspension will not pump up?

I just bought a LS400 and the car has been sitting a while(2-3 yrs) Its a 90 model. I have done everything I know to get the suspension to raise back up but it will not. Is there a reset or something I dont know about? The switch is on in the trunk. I dont hear anything trying to pump up or anything so Im thinking there is no power to the compressors??? Does anyone sell a repair manual??? Thanks in advance. Ive been reading this site for a few days now and have found out alot of information about the car but I am anxious to get it going soon.

the pump is probably the problem. is it low with a harsh ride? are there actually air struts in your car? i bought mine that ORIGINALLY came with air suspension but was converted to regular struts b/c of replacement cost. if it does actually have air suspension check the pump and see if it works (up near pass. side headlight)

It hasnt pumped up enough to come off the tires so I cant drive it just yet. It still has the air shocks. So the air compressor is up front by the passenger side headlight?? I will have to look at it and see. Is there a fuse or anything that I need to check or reset? I dont hear anything running at all when it cranks up and I think it should be trying to pump up at least. Thanks for the help.

hmm. I messed with it some today. Took the fuses out up front and they were fine. Also looked at computer? in the trunk behind the first aid kit and it looked ok. I cant hear anything cycling or whatnot when the car comes on so I dont think it is working still. Jacked up the rear of the car and it still sits right back down low. Im about to give up. I dont think the alternator is charging either. Brand new battery is dead. Ugh

My guess is that sooner or later you will be talking to Arnott Industries about this problem.
