Just did this & you do remove the old leather.
The kit covers front & rear + the center glove box.

is it difficult to add the power options for the seats? im asking because im transforming a 1994 toyota camry into a lexus LS400. I already have a lexus and i want to make an exact replica for my girlfriend and i am trying to make it as close as possible from top to bottom. i live in florida so i am not worried about the heated seats

The hell are you talking about?

If you're going to do something with a Camry you want ES300.

yea, theres no way in hell you're going to emulate an LS400, the camry is a good 2-3 feet shorter.

IF you want to emulate a lex for the hell of it do an ES300/330 since everything will BOLT ON.
