Anyone has any idea where I can get replacement seats for '91 LS400? The spings (I think) inside my seat are kind of shot already. Get replacements vs. re-do the seats?

I'm redoing my leather right now on my front seats and what I did was go to a fabric store and buy foam, and I cut pieces of foam and glued them ontop of the existing foam.. The seats are now way more firm (almost too firm, but the foam will compress over time..).. you could try that. But to take the leather off, you'll need new hog rings to use when you put it back on.. and you may not want to attempt this if your leather is severely torn/cracked, because when you take it off and put it back on it may rip more..

im in the same situation, my front seats aren't pretty in good shape. im looking to buy new one or used one but i dont know where to look for..none of the scrapyard carry them and the dealer would cost too much

Just get new leather from Leatherseats.com... I'm so happy I made the purchase.. wow. My car smells like new I'll post pics soon once I finish all the seats.
