Will 275/30/zr20 rear tires fit on 92 LS?
I am looking at purchasing these rims. TSW Thruxton Hyper Black Wheels with 235/30/zr20s fronts and 275/30/zr20s rear.
The offsets are +20 and +40. Do you think these are going to fit?

The back's might come close. I had 19"s with 295/35 in the back on my 96 LS and it was rubbin barely on bumps and stuff. I switched to 275/35's and no more grinding sounds at bumps. Your tyres are wider so U might need to get a fender roll.

phy, keep in mind that he has a 1st gen 1st gen, so his stock size was 15"
im honestly not the best person to ask about 1st gen wheel fitment so methinks you should wait for one of the 1gen gurus
personally, it will be tight in the back and on top of that im NOT a fan of tuner-style wheels on big 4drs.

Fronts I wouldn't be concerned about, they won't rub unless you turn the wheel all the way.
However, don't quote me on this, but I'm pretty sure you will have rubbing/clearance issues with the rears. Is there any way you could test-fit them before buying, or are you buying them online?
I'd try to see if you could find someone locally with the same size rim/tire and test fit theirs. I'm sure there's plenty of Lexus guys in Florida, so someone may be able to help you out.

Well, I am buying them online.. but they are in Tampa, about 2.5 hours away, on the other side of the state... which isnt too bad. I'll see if I can find someone near here to test-fit....thanks!
