Default what are these called?

What are those front bushings called that connect to the spindle through a long bar to the front of the car? Are there any avaiable aftermarket? Those are bad on my car and the tire is hitting the wheel well.

Could use some additional information - there are many parts on the LS front end with bushings - can you take a photo? No matter the bushing though, most are available aftermarket.

In that case they do make after market poly bushings that replace the OEM rubber ones. Many folks here have them on their cars and they last longer than rubber. Here is one source:

Ask for Luis or Steve and get a price on an OEM replacement strut rod (with bushing) also. Many folks would rather replace the whole strut rod than fool with the bushing. They have some of the best prices for genuine Lexus replacement parts.

I believe www.lexls.com has a few tutorials on replacing them if you wish to do it yourself.

Sorry - in that case Luis or Steve could still quote you on new Lexus replacements. Just tell them you are a member of CL. I bought other things from them and they have the best prices/service. They were over 50% less than my local dealer.
