It says: Nakamichi Corporation.
It has 4 plugs. From left to right color of the Plugs ( Orange, Green, Grey White) it looks very similar to the 95 LS but I can not tell. Thanks

Nakamichi Amp
I have a factory amp that is intermittently cutting out on one channel so I am looking for a used replacement amp for my 1999 GS300.
From what I have researched so far the amp you are describing fits 1998-2000 GS300's.
I am going to speak with my mechanic tomorrow to try and confirm this. Lexus seems to want to hide the OEM name of the original factory installed equipment. I'm not sure why its a state secret, but even the internet has minimal information...
If it turns out this is my car's amp, is there any chance you would be interested in selling the one you have? While I could probably buy an aftermarket amp, the plug-in wires make a replacement of the original easier to install.
