My very first 1993 LS400
Hi guys, I am new here and finally got an LS400 that I wanted. Thanks to my friend for selling it to me. The car was a non-op for 1.5 years and supposed to go to the junkyard. The only problem with the car was the ECU capacitors, but I was able to get hold of a '94 ECU and the car cranked up at the first try. I started by replacing all the needed maintenance parts with mostly OEM. Since I will be keeping the car forever. Been working on the car since Sept. 2017 and here it is at it's current stage. This was the day I dropped off my car to my mechanic to replace the entire coolant system(Radiator Hoses top/bottom, Coolant Temperature Sensor, Thermostat, Coolant Reservoir Tank and Coolant Leveler Sensor). Next will be the entire ignition and fuel system. It will run like a brand new car. I know you're wondering... Why S55 AMG wheels? These are temporary until I get my JP Scaras. Besides, it came with the car with other set of wheels(fake XXRs). More parts to come, but first, got to take care of all the maintenance.

Congratulations on obtaining and saving this legend from the boneyard. Great story, you really have something to be proud of.
I like the wheels, then again, I'm old school.

Thanks! The suspension are the Megan 15-way EZII coilovers. I was hesitant about the rear roof spoiler, but it came out great than I had expected.

Nice car and welcome. Lots of people wont understand why anyone in their right mind would want to spend a cent on these old, and temperamental cars. Electronics are the real Achilles heal with these. But they are beautiful and we need to preserve their awesomeness. My 2 boys are obsessed with my 91 Celsior. Its a bad *** sounding car that handles like a go cart.
Good work !

Thanks! No they are not a direct fit. The AMGs are 5x112. So I had to get a spacer conversion and also 1" to clear the big calipers. Plus, I had to get longer wheel studs by ARP to get an extra tread to have the lug nut be tighten even more.
