It's a common issue on the LS's...you'll have to replace the retractor most likely, they run about 120$ I believe. I'm looking into them too, because my driver side is weakk.

It is way more if you have a SRS built in seat belt which has pretensioners . They have squibs to explode and return the seat belt to upright rendering the seatbelt garbage after as it will no longer extend
