What do you guys think of 20'' Panther Paragon rims for a 98 ls400

I have attached a pic of the wheel below. The deal is $1400 with 245/35/20 Sumo Tires included and installed.

Cheap knock offs of LDR's? I guess they would look alright...

I'd definately lower the car if I were you.
