ok, an earlier thread i put out 3rims to chose from as rims i will be putting on my LS. but what struck me was that the rims i liked are going to cost a pretty penny. so now i want my LS people to give me their opinion on "best rim for a silver LS". Here are some simple guidelines, they must be 5-starish, not meshy nor under 4-5 spokes. i prefer rims w/ a lip(chrome of course) , i will appreciate any ideas, thanks..

You are in the Mecca or rims new and used other than Cali and NY, you can get a set of rims and rubber for under 1000 easy
Personally you should have posted in your old thread because i am not sure what you are looking for and i am not going to go look for your other thread,.

There are LOTS of wheels to put on the car that fit that general description. How much do you want to spend? What general size wheel do you have in mind?
IMO, 19's have the nicest look with stock (with lowering) and look right with a body kit. 18's the way mine is, I like but it is a bit small for a body kit. 20's...pushing it but they do look nice if you choose the right one.
18" rubber runs the range from $125 to $250 with the sweet spot at $150-$200.
19" add about $50 to the above prices
20" tack on another $50 or so generally speaking.
I'm pretty conservative and I'm debating a 19 replacement wheel pretty close to what I have now.
This is the Work 305. There are a couple others in the Work line I like, one of them is the SL and 406. Others: Kranze LXZ, JP Scaras, Amistand C and O, BBS LM...prolly others but these have been on my list.
Update: Wald Striefen (sp) love those too.

Have you looked into the classified section?

tires already mounted for you.

We have many different wheel lines to choose from besides what you see on the site. PM me and I'll go over some 20" chrome with tires mounted and balanced for under $2200.
