Struts Koni or Bilstein?
What is better balanced for comfort and handling, like the best of both worlds? I am leaning towards bilstein, any input?

What model Koni?
The Bilstein's available here is the HD model #BE5-2734 (front) BE5-2735 (rear). The LSportline kits that recently sold out through Carson Toyota was a 3 snap ring body while mine has 2. I dunno if there is any dampening differences.
All aside, I like the Bilsteins in mine.

I drove a 1995 LS400 for several months with upgraded bilstein shocks & springs..oh my goodness the car handled like it was on rails. So, I have only fantastic experience with Bilstein
