There's a couple of other threads with discussions on this so you might want to do a search. I put Dunlop Winter Sport M3's on my '04 LS430 just before Thanksgiving and have been very pleased through two snowfalls of 7" and 4" respectively so far this year.
I used Michelin Artic Alpins on my old GS with good luck too. Several folks like the Nokian's but some have seen premature wear with them.
