Default Random things under the hood

Hey all.

Confused about a few things. The picture with the window washie thing... i have 1 that empties when the washing fluid is empty but the one in the picture remains full. Anyone tell me what it is? Did my car come with headlight washie things? Also the red cap/pipe. the red cap unscrews and the pipe leads somewhere... Dont know what it is either...

Looks like it's the reservior for headlight washer fluid.

Does your front bumper have nozzles like this on it?

As for the little red cap, I don't have that under my hood so I can't help you there.

Nah, got an aftermarket front skirt. what does that squirter thing do? there are no wiper blades for the headlights... they just wet the headlights?

That would explain it. Yeah, they're just there to wash off dirt/dust on the headlights.

It means the car has been comverted to use with R-134a refrigernat from R-12. Sometimes, people just drop them in without changing the O-rings, oil, dryer. and flushing the lines out. Not a good idea.
