New LS400
I just got a 1998 LS400 with 57,000 miles (my dads). Here are some pics
I'm just alittle worried because I will have it at school in Cleveland, where it snows alot in the winters. Also it will be parked outdoors and in a garage (no door), in a area that is pretty safe, but could be better.

Welcome and congrats on the new car! I drove my 98 LS in quite a bit of snow this year and it did great. Just packed the trunk full of heavy stuff (fertilizer bags, jacks, etc) and kept a full tank of gas and pressed the snow button. Might consider getting snow tires in your area vs all season I had.

If you have a steady hand, it can be done with a razor. There might be another, safer way of doing this. But if you're careful, you won't scratch the paint. I'm not sure if the Lexus stripe is painted on or not, but I've seen this done with other cars and it worked. And yes, that car would look much cleaner IMO without the stripe.
