My stock HID's seem to be a bit low. Can someone provide pic on where to adjust.

There are stamped icons on the vinyl plate that say U/D and L/R, but I can't identify where the adjustment is for Up/Down. There is also an icon that shows a low beam light with 1% next to it.
I assume that means the leeway is only one percent adjustable.

I don't know where exactly the adjustment is on the 2013 ES, it's probably in your manual. Knowing Toyota/Lexus, it's probably going to be a silver screw with a phillips head on the top side of the housing. However, odds are that you are going to have to remove lots of plastic to get to it. For left/right adjustment, there should be a silver round button looking thing on the back of the housing. A 8 or 10 (depending on year, probably an 8) mm socket can be used to turn it. On the vertical aim, I believe it's counterclockwise to raise and clockwise to lower, just play with it and see. I have no idea what the 1% is supposed to mean.
