???How to bypass the LMF??? 92 ES300
Got a 92 lexus ES300,
Ive looked and looked and found alot of bypass info on camry's and newer model lexus's but nothing for the 92 es300... Anyone have the intel on how to bypass the Lamp Failure Module for this yr/model? does it differ that much from a newer lexus? Thanks
Robert

So this is pretty much what I got figured out after some thought and checking with a voltage meter, maybe I should get a wire diagram but I wanna check to see if Im even close...
pin 1, green/org wire output to left stop lamp.
pin 2, green/red wire output to right stop lamp.
pin 3 , empty .
pin 4 , yellow/green wire to insterment panel lamp ( light fail ).
pin #5 green wire input from j/b #1 12 volt power W/lights on.
pin #6 red wire output to high mount stop light.
pin #7 lt green/red wire output right tail lamp .
pin #8 yellow wire input from j/b #1 12 volt power with key on.
pin # 9 , green/white wire input from j/b #1 12 volt power with key on.
pin # 10 green/white same as #9.
pin#11 white/black input from GROUND.
pin #12 , light green wire output to left tail lamp.
and the voltages I got from the connector at the LFM:
Lights on / Brakes off
(1) 0v (2) 0v (3) no wire (4) 7.2v (5) 14v (6) 0v (7) 0v (8) 14v (9) .08v (10) .08v (11) 0v (12) 0v
Lights on / Brakes on
(1) 0v (2) 0v (3) no wire (4) 7.8v (5) 14v (6) 0v (7) 0v (8) 14v (9) 14v (10) 14v (11) 0v (12) 0v
Lights off / Brakes off
(1) 0v (2) 0v (3) no wire (4) 8.68v (5) .01v (6) 0v (7) 0v (8) 14v (9) .10v (10) .10v (11) 0v (12) 0v
Lights off / Brake on
(1) 0v (2) 0v (3) no wire (4) 8.68v (5) .01v (6) 0v (7) 0v (8) 14v (9) 14v (10) 14v (11) 0v (12) 0v
Where Im at so far is in order to bypass this I must jump these pins together:
Pin 1 to Pin 9
Pin 2 to Pin 10
Pin 5 to Pin 7+12
Not sure what to do with Pin 8 cuz its hot all the time unless ignition is off and Im not sure what to connect Pin 6 with either... I think I can do without the third brake light system for awhile... Any suggestions? or am I doing to much?
