sc300 high beam lens as driving light. HELP?
I posted the question in the wrong thread last time and didn't get any good replies. So I'll try here.
I have a 92 SC300 and I want to convert my high-beam into driving lights.
people tell me to get a relay but I have no idea how to get or make one.
I know newer sc300 have their high beam as driving lights.
How do I achieve this?
Please point me to the correct direction.

are you going to shine the high beam as is but act as driving lights? I find it annoying when people keep their highbeams on -_-...
but to do it.. make your own connection that wire to the battery and switch and wire into your cabin somewhere.. flip the switch n presto.

try fitting your low beam (hb3) bulbs in the high beam. lower output (55watt) than high beams (60watt)
i have got 35watt hb3 hid's in my low (4300k) and high beams (8000k)
the other people maybe thinking of your turn indicator lights which turn on when indicating which use (h3) bulbs. And to make them come on when the lights are on you need to use a relay.

take the peanut (194) bulb out of the headlight housing and drill a hole in the high beam housing on the bottom and find a way to mount it, it should resemble the 2nd gen GS's
