hello, i have a 98 es300 that i was installing an alarm system on. when i was trying to install the domelight relay portion of the alarm, i hooked up the relay incorrectly and saw a spark when testing. now, the dome light relay does not work. i checked both fuse boxes and the dome fuse is not blown. to further confuse the situation, when i turn the domelight to the on position it works!, but when it is in the door position and the door is open it does not work, but the door lights work, the door sensor on the dashboard works and the key in ignition buzzer/sound works. Is there an onboard relay or something that i may have blown, i would have thought that the fuse would have been the first thing to go. any suggestions?

where is the dome light fuse located at?

I figured this one out atter downloading the schematic for the car. turns out it was the relay integration module under the dash behind the fuse board. I finally found one for this car in the junk yard, popped it off and then popped it on mine and bam, it works now.
