Officially they have always been 560 PS and 571 PS in Japan by Lexus including Tanahashi himself since it is the standard used in Japan. I am sure you know that.
Using any straight conversion to HP tool available anywhere, they come out to be 552.4 HP and 563.1 HP.

Its been "Officially" stated 552 HP on Base & 562 HP on Ring Edition, for the last several years...
Not sure why all of a sudden there is a confusion on this factual information.. LoL
