FS - 1993 Lexus SC400
Price drop to $3000
*Updated with more info 5/25/11, will get interior and engine bay shots when the rain stops*
I am sad to have to sell, but have a baby on the way and trying to buy a house I have been to quite a few shows and have many people that can vouch for me.
The car is a 1993 Graphite Metallic SC400, about 202k miles on the clock.
Exterior is about 7 out of 10
Interior is 6 out of 10
Timing belt and water pump replaced about 1k miles ago.
New NGK spark plugs at the same time as water pump.
Just changed oil and oil filter yesterday 5/24
Daizen bushings installed on front upper and lower arms about 10k ago.
Daizen adjustable sway bars
New Daizen steering rack bushings will be included, not installed yet.
Tien SS coilovers with alignment done last year
Stern ST-5 Hyper Black 18x8.5 front and 18x9.5 rear rims
Rear tires have about 60-70% tread, front tires will most likely need replacing as there is some cupping from it being out of alignment for a few months.
Custom 2.5" exhaust with resonators and 3rd cat removed
Polk momo speakers ($250 each) and 10" sub ($300) on the rear deck with matching amp ($300) and Pioneer front speakers. Headunit works except I had to disconnect amp and sub due to popping noise coming from the headunit connection.
Lextech lighting on speedometer, ultra 32 blue on background with red needles.
New front headlights with HIDs so no fogging
97+ tail lights
5% tint on rear windows and front visor and 35% on front windows.
eBay window visors
Will include the adapter for the 3spoke wheel.
The bad:
AC unit has LCD bleed and a some of the backlighting is out like normal.
Normal wear on how old the seats are. Cracking and only one tear less than 3" on the front passenger seat and 2 of the seams on the top on the rear seat.
Steering wheel has a good amount of wear on the top
Small transmission leak, only had to put fluid in twice in the three years I have owned it.
Rims have some curbing
Rear trunk shocks only hold it up if conditions are right.
Few dings and more than I'd like to have in rock chips.
The front bumper (97+) definitely needs a repaint, see picture #3 (bought it this way and never got around to painting it).
Drivers side door will need a new master window switch as it is slowly failing to roll the passenger side window up/down. Passenger switch still works perfect to move that window though.
Passenger door's electronic lock/unlock only intermittently works, I normally just manually unlock and lock that door.
I will try to add anything else I can think of and if there are any questions feel free to ask.
Asking $3000 obo
