Service lexus at Toyota dealership.
I have a 2015 GS350 and am considering getting the 15k and up service done at my local toyota dealership. Reason being my closest lexus dealership is almost 30 miles away.
I am currently on a lease and looking at fine print and see it must be done at an authorized repair facility. What constitutes as " authorized" can a Toyota dealership be authorized?

Hello jcochong37, sorry for the delay in response. A Toyota Dealer would be considered an "Authorized" Repair Facility. We recommend you contact them to be sure they have whats needed to properly service your vehicle.

A bit off topic, but can we bring our Lexus to any Toyota dealership for minor maintenance? My local Toyota dealership said they won't touch the car and it has to go back to a Lexus.

We discuss this quite often over on the RX forum. My personal net is, you must always go to Lexus for warranty work. Some Toyota dealers will perform work on a Lexus, but it is their choice -- not a Toyota or Lexus corporate policy one way or the other. (One of my local Toyota dealerships that is owned by the same person as 2 Lexus dealerships won't do Lexus work, but many others do as cited in our forums.) You can perform or have your own non-warranty service done basically anywhere as long as you keep records in case of need for a future warranty claim. I suggest you use the Lexus Owners site to record all maintenance when it's not done by Lexus or recorded there by some Toyota dealerships.
