Possible to Swap 2000 GS Glove Box CD Changer to 2000 RX?
Hey Guys.
I gifted my 2nd Gen GS to my nephew... I haven't used the CD changer in there since I got an In Dash radio installed.
I just purchased a 1st Gen RX. There is no CD changer in the glove box.
I was wondering if it would be possible to take the CD Changer out of my GS and install it into my new RX, since they're both 2000?
In a quick eBay search, I found that the GS CD Changer Part Number is: 86270-30150 and then underneath those numbers are: CDX-M8076zt.
For the RX, it is: 86270-48020 and then underneath those numbers are: CDX-M9086zt.
This makes me believe, this might not be possible.
I also did some research on Google to no avail.
Any input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
