Modern alarms
I bought my SC with just a single key, no alarm and no keyless entry that I know of. Is there something under the dash or hood that will tell me if this car ever had a keyless entry? It may not matter because I am assuming it would be easier to just install an aftermarket keyless remote/alarm system. My only worry is running into wiring issues from existing wires.
While we're on the subject, my worry is when you have the kind that have a constant flashing light that it could drain the battery over time. My SC will sit for long spurts since it's my toy. I can't imagine one LED can drain a battery but who knows! If anyone has any recommendations for an affordable alarm remote system I'd appreciate advice. I don't need anything fancy, just something that at least goes off when someone jacks your door open.

Well its actually very easy to have one installed. Just go to a very good audio shop, they usually can take care of that. As for your battery getting drained. I would install a battery maintainer. Just hook it to the car while the car is sitting and you will be fine. Interstate makes a great battery tender if your looking.
