Q: Pioneer headunit and installation quote
Ok Here is all my audio stuff:
Pioneer SDV-P7 (In dash DVD)
Pioneer AVH-P6400 (In dash Radio)
2 12" Rockford Subs
1 500.2 Rockford Amp
2 questions:
1. The Pioner AVH-P6400 is there supposed to be a brain for it or is it built into the headunit?
2. What would installation be for the whole system? Nothing fancy, just a box for the subs and so forth.

Only the AVX-p7xxx head unit(s) require the A/V master unit (brain) models AVM-P8000R or AVM-P9000R. The AVH-xxxx have all the brains built-in and use a 26-pin RGB plug if you want to connect a Pioneer TV tuner or navigation system. The older connection between the AVX-p7xxx head units and A/V master units use a 20 pin plug.
