OK, I guess I have a habit of bumping old threads BUT I have exact same problem, so hoping the OP might give me some insight.
What I have - 01 gs300 w/stock NAV and ML(dead amp). I wanted to change the ML amp to 5ch Infinity 5350a but nobody(at least shops i've called) in NYC seems to be able to do it. And here on CL i've found a few threads related but no replies from members.
shawnberry, can you post some pics of HU under Nav screen ?
