Hi,
I was wondering how hard it would be to build this enclosure (the picture). I feel like doing it my self, I'm pretty good with tools too. I just don't know like what to use or things like that to build it (wood?). I can probably find a book on enclosures any way. Also were is the amp located in the RX and how hard would it be to add and amp for 2 subs to the existing system? I'm good with wires too LoL. Does anyone have some diagrams? Maby Ill take it down to the local shop for that.

this box is pretty simple if you have some skillz with fiberglass. I guess the simplest way would be to make a box out of thick MDF and then cover it with a fiberglass panel. You will need a lot of sending paper to make the panel look so smooth.

That is a nice enclosure. It would not be extremely difficult, but if it your first one it's probably too much. Fiberglassing is not easy and can be a mess. It is possible to build that entirely out of MDF, but that would be HEAVY. MDF is the best enclosure material, if you use plywood or another wood it would probably fall apart or shatter.... 3/4 inch MDF would work for a dual sub setup. You would have to brace it and make panels etc. Why dont you pick up some fiberglassing stuff at an auto store or Home Depot and experiment with it. Good luck
