Stock Pioneer Head Unit in ES300

Does the stock Pioneer head unit in the 2000 ES300 have RCA outputs? Also has anybody tried installling an Amp using speaker outputs. I heard there's a lot of distortion using that method.

When I had my ES300 with the Pioneer system, I didn't drive a full-range amp from speaker outputs, but I did drive a sub-woofer amp from the stock sub-woofer output. I bought a line-out converter (NOT from Radio Shack - see a professional installer for this) to match the impedance to the RCA input of an amp, then drove a Kicker 8" free-air mounted in the stock package shelf location. Turned out to be a great low bucks upgrade that I kept for the entire time I had the car.
