Nakamichi cd-700 or McIntosh MX406

Which one do you guys think is better? Also, Dynaudio system 360 and Rainbow Pro 3 ways system, which one do you guys think is better?

Had a MX406 before - great HU. Also, I'm a fan of the Dyns, so it's not a fair question.

Never try McIntosh headunit, however they make an extremely good products on the amps. Just for reference..
