Default Dynamat?

I've been thinking about having Dynamat Extreme installed in the car, but wanted to make sure they work well and are worth the money.

Has anyone have Dynamat installed in their 3IS? Would you recommend it?
Thanks!!

Quieter tires would be better investment.

curious, are there any specific rattles that this car suffers? Mine has 1000 miles so no rattles yet, but my last car had them and drove me crazy.

I did my whole trunk and my front doors and it made a world of difference. Not only does it keep the sound out, it also keeps the sound in.

Im pretty sure our cars already come with sound deadening from the factory. Any extra would make only a subtle differnce i would imagine. Wouldnt hurt your car to try! Just your pockets.

Thank you for your feedback guys, really appreciate it.
The original intention of wanting to add is to potentially improve the audio experience in the cabin, but based on what everyone is saying, I guess it's not really worth the money and the added weight to add those in....

My buddy used quite a bit in his S2K and he LOVES it. Personally, I feel like it made a significant difference... though I'm sure results may vary from platform to platform. The S2K doesn't have the greatest sound deadening to begin with
