Great choice. I'll be re-doing my tint here in the next month or so. I'm going with the Formula One Pinnacle Series 15% all around. I'll also be tinting the front windshield using air blue 80.

My local Formula one dealer quoted me out $399 and $160 for the front windshield.

Just called place where they carry Formula One Pinnacle Serious Plus that's the replacement of 1stgenration Pinnacle Serious. So the new name is called Pinnacle Serious Plus. They say its better then the 1stGen. They charge $400 for all windows without the front.

I called my local shop and they mentioned they haven't heard of a "Plus" series. I also checked Formula One's website and they don't list any "plus" in their product line either. Anyone else heard of a Plus series?

I called "Solar Care" and their tint installer (Oscar) showed up early and tinted 2 cars for me. I did a 20% all around on mine plus the windshield with the Air 80. Also added a 6 inch strip across my windshield (on top of the Air 80). Tint used: Llumar Premium. The ceramic was way too crazy priced so i settled for the Premium.

I do not recommend pinnacle.

( I live in Fallbrook area)

Just wondering why don't you recommend the pinnacle? I Have it on my 350 and planning on tinting my girls cars. Pinnacle is ceramic made and does not interfere w/ electronics and I haven't had any issues w/ pinnacle.

Just because of price, no other reasons.
