ipod issue .. can't see the letters in the folders

does anyone know why I can't see the other letters? I have 2014 is300h with Mark Levinson connected with iPod touch...
It happens always ... while I'm stopped too..
The same problem in the other folders...

Did you try waiting a while for it to load? I had same issue with USB music and waited 10mins with it plugged in and then it finally databased the music and that letters worked again
