Aftermarket subwoofer setup?
I'm planning on doing a subwoofer enclosure in the trunk of the is 350 f sport that has the ML system. Does anyone here have a good top line 12" sub in their trunk? Pics?
Good= FI, JL Audio W6 or W7, Sundown, SMD

are you fellas installing these yourself?
I have a JL W6 sitting in my garage collecting dust.
Thinking about getting a new amp and taking it somewhere to get installed but for whatever reason i am paranoid about taking it to a shop

I will have the ML system already, so I am going to have to play around with different upgrades and see what I like best. I have always had aftermarket systems, and play my music loud.
The 12" FI "Q" sub I have now is in a sealed box and I am reading that I will be very surprised how much better it will sound in a ported box. Next thing will be upgrading the component speakers. Probably do Rainbow Germaniums again, or Hertz. We will see.
