As we all know, there's absolutely no reason for the dealership to be physically taking out your NAV unit to perform the firmware upgrade. That's rediculous. Look at the damage they've done!
They must have had a young newbie working that day to do the update for you but had no clue as to what they were doing or how to do it properly. Totally unacceptable.

Hey guys! The dealer ended up repairing the the scratch by the navi screen and they replaced the piece on the bottom. The repair on the top is pretty decent, its not 100% but it is good enough to where it doesn't bother me. I am just glad they did the right thing. Ended up wrapping the center console with some Carbon Fiber vinyl last night. Here are some pics...
