Lexus of North Miami. They did have lease residuals but they kept the lease details since I haven't signed anything yet so I'm not sure. Waiting for delivery.

2014 IS250 F-Sport with Navigation (AWD)
MSRP ~$46k
27 months/10k year
$1750 at Signing, but paid off my $2250 Honda Civic Lease
$485/mo
Maybe sounds a little high? But I was originally looking at the Mercedes CLA, and at an MSRP of $37k (Nearly $10k less), they wanted $2200 @ Signing, and $510/mo for 27mo @ 7500mi/year, so I felt the Lexus was a good deal.

I emailed my saleswoman and they are suppose to get me some numbers on Monday, I have to lease for 15k miles per year and am hoping to get a payment no higher than $450.00 per month. We will see...

At a payment of $450! you should get into a 350 fsport. I rolled 2 years of negative equity on my 2014 is250 fsport into the lease of my is350 fsport and I am paying about $$480 on the 350. And the car drives completely different than the 250

Are your taxes paid up front or included in your payment?

What's your mileage? I need 15K miles per year. I don't expect I will be getting it for invoice given I am getting the first 2015 coming in. I have been looking at a lease calculator and that was just my best guess although right now I have no idea what the money factor or residuals are going to be. I should know Monday and then I'll have a better idea.

I have 12,000 miles per year and my taxes are included in my payment and all i put down minimum drive off fees to start. I used to get 15,000 miles but then my fleet manager told me to drop it to 12000. If i go over the 12000 mileage he will make sure i don't have to pay it because of how many cars i have leased from him. I have never paid for mileage overage on my cars and I have gone over my allotted miles. He takes care of me and in turn I lease a lot of cars from him.

Think u can do better. Got a 350 fsport w/ 48900 msrp for 475 w/ 9% tax included a month with nothing at signing. I mean zero, no upfronts. Walked in signed the papers and left. 27m 10k miles. 26 payment's at 475. This was a dealer in Delaware. They took my leased regal gs on trade and gave me exactly my lease payoff, mind u I had 12m left on it. They took it free and clear, no neg equity. They are willing to deal on left over stock! No other dealer came close to this in the Philly area. Just an FYI..

Guys;
I got an IS350F with Nav (stickered at $49k) with tint job included and ALL maintenance for 3 years for:
$2500 down (OTD includes first payment, tax and all fees)
$499/mo for 36 months with 15k miles/yr
The dealer said I made them bleed. How does this sound?
The Buyout at the end of the term is: $28k + tax.
I never spent this much on a lease car before but it seemed like a pretty good deal considering that an Audi A4 stickering at $43k would have actually cost me $70/mo more!

Think that is a pretty good deal on 36m 15k deal. however the only thing i would have fought them on was the 2500 down... you should not of paid the first month payment during the summer event... also there is 500 lease cash on these cars, well atleast there was in July not sure about august but i don't see why that would have changed. i would have applied that to the 2500... that is really being picky though. i think 499 is good for the length of term and miles. what was your adjusted cap cost(sale price) on the car?
