Default Has anyone replaced the reverse lights?

I've ordered some new ultra-bright LED reverse lights from HIDPowerhouse.

Has anyone replaced them yet? Is it easy? I couldn't find a DIY guide anywhere.

Thanks!

Here is the DIY Maintenance online Manual, you'll find the reverse light install on page 441, its a very simple install. Just make sure you have a clip upholstery tool or something similar to remove the clips without damaging them or the felt liner.

Where does one get a clip upholstery tool? Something like this? http://www.babcotools.ca/Tools/OLD1001

There also doesn't seem to be a link in your post.

It's a lot easier than it looks. Took me five minutes.

Yup, that's what i was talking about. It makes removing the black clips really easy and prevents any damage from happening which could be the case if you try and use a screwdriver.

And my bad, here is the link. http://drivers.lexus.com/t3Portal/do.../sec_07-03.pdf

I used pliers, it's not hard at all. It makes it look a lot better but it's totally one of those mods you will never see. Lol. Oh well!

Just as the other poster said, there is a section in the car manual on Reverse light removal. In the manual, it asks you to remove 2 clips per side but I find removing one more clip per side would help for those who has a larger hand.
