I got my Nebula Gray/Rioja Red IS350 F-Sport AWD for $454/mo, NYS taxes and fees down ($2k)
MSRP 49k (Navi, BSM), 27 mo, 10k miles
College grad rebate of $1000 as a cap cost reduction got it down from $497/mo
I felt like I could have probably gotten a bit lower if I had pushed harder, but I had two UW/RRs go underneath me because I took too long.

Went in to my local Lexus dealer today to work on a lease for an IS350 F sport and was told the money factor was .0013 and that's set by LFS, nothing can change it. True/False?

Edmunds.com forums post monthly MF under each model's sub forum.

I'm looking for a 2015 IS350, F-sport, AWD with nav. I don't need blind spot monitoring, but they all seem to have it. I've gotten a couple dealers down to meet or beat the TrueCar price and I now have my money rate to .00085.
The resulting lease would be $564 per month with $1800 due at signing (27 months, 12,000 miles per year). That includes all taxes. I live in the Philly city limits, so my taxes are quite high.
If I didn't live in Philly and if I could find a car without the blind spot feature, I'm thinking the least would be in the $530 range.
I'm not sure how some on hear are finding such amazing lease deals? Maybe those cars aren't optioned the same as the one I'm shopping for? Maybe they live in different states with lower taxes, and/or live in rural areas so they aren't getting hit with city taxes as well?

Why are the leases in CA so much cheaper? I've been negotiating with several dealers around the Philly area and can't come anywhere close to that. I'm guessing the AWD model is a bit more expensive, so that has something to do with that. Here on the east coast, we are pretty much stuck with AWD, unless we want to special order.

I got this deal at freeman lexus. My friends dad is GM there and was able to close that deal for me. If anyone in the area wants a similar deal at freeman I don't mind shooting a word out as a referral. I love my car!

I'm in Rhode Island (east coast ) so only option was AWD.
2014 IS350 FSPORT AWD with BSM, NAVI, and that preferred package with the rear bumper app, cargo, net, and mats. Ultra white on black.
Also they simonized glass coated exterior and interior.
Tier 1 credit.
MSRP: $48,953
Agreed price: $45,000
$2500 down (first month, tax, title, fees, etc.) (they said the first month was free but still charged me full $2500???)
$420 a month plus taxes and also got LFS LEASE EXCESS WEAR AND TEAR for a total of $465.59 a month with taxes and everything included.
10K miles/year and 27 month lease. I'm not sure I get such a good deal.

I'm also having issues getting my local dealership to do a 27 month lease. All numbers they bring back to me are for 36 months. They pretend like the 27 month leases do not exist, despite me using that term in my offers I present to them. Do not all Lexus dealers have access to the same terms through LFS?

First timer leasing a car...I'm trading in a 2014 is 250 fsport, i purchased it July 2013, for $39k (msrp was $42k), it has 11k miles and they are offering me $32k on my trade and I'm ok with this number.
Here is the first quote from a dealer in Texas on a 2015 IS 350 sport with BSM, NAV and Mark Levinson Premium sound..
MSRP $48,659 // Purchase Price $45,659 // Trade In $32k (owe $32,700) // Sales Tax 6.25% // $3,500 down out of pocket.
27 mo / 12k miles
$575/month
Residual $35,034
MF .00240 (super high considering I have tier 1 credit)
36 mo / 12k miles
$578/month
Residual $31,141
MF .00240 (super high considering I have tier 1 credit)
At these numbers I'm considering staying in my 2014 is 250, but I still have to counter with my offer. Any suggestions for lowering my payment and down payment?
