will this fit, please need serious help on this
i am going with a 20x8.5 with a 245/35/20 in the front and a 20x10 with a 275/30/20 in the rear with a 40 offset in rear.. I am worried that the front and rear won't fit without rubbing, i am planning on putting TEIN S Springs on the car too. WILL THIS SET UP FIT WITHOUT FENDER ROLLS?

The front will fit for sure without rubbing. If it rubs, there are a few simple solutions like adjusting the fender liner, etc. The rear will fit too, but might rub slightly in the area where the fender and bumper meet up. To fix that you first file that edge down a bit, and then if it still rubs, try to have a shop do a slight pull. It's doable, seen it on a car here. The trick is to do it cleanly. if you dont want to deal with any of this and want no rubbing, get 235 / 265 tires instead.
Take a look here, this guy is running the same setup as far as wheels https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...-cvt-19-a.html

TheShaddix - the link you posted shows a 19" fitment, the OP of this thread is asking about 20's.
8jml8 - have you seen this thread? https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...recommend.html
After reading that, I would make the following comparisons. Your 20x10+40 wheels are only 2mm "less aggressive" than the Vossen 20x10.5+45 wheels. This means the outer edge of your tire/wheel will be 2mm "inboard" of the cars that have 10.5+45 wheels. This will help your situation, but not by much.
The white and yellow cars are running 285/25/20 tires and they rubbed where the rear fender meets the rear bumper. Your tire is 1" taller than their tires. I'm sure their cars are lower than your car will be, but it's still a good point of reference.
As the thread shows, most guys with lowered cars are going with a 255/30/20 tire on the rear. This is quite a stretch in my opinion, but it fits.
The fenders on the 3is cars are already "rolled" so they only thing that can be performed is a fender "pull" if things don't fit. Or, they can be filed as TheShaddix mentioned.
I've only concentrated on the rear fitment, I'm not sure what's going to happen with your front fitment.
Here are some good reference sites for tire and wheel fitments/comparisons:

How is a 20 inch wheel different than 19? The tire sidewall ratio changes from 30 to 25 (for example), but overall the diameter stays the same. That's what most people don't grasp, the rim size has nothing to do with fitment unless you're stretching your tire which is better suited for smaller diameter vs. 20. So if a 19" wheel fits, a 20" wheel will fit the same, just have a bit less tire height. In other words, a 275/30/20 would equal to 275/35/19 since the overall diameter will be equal or very close. This reminds me, the OP should not be running 275/30 series tire on 20" wheels. That's going to be too much diameter overall vs. stock.
