Estimate Lease Price on this MSRP
So i have a quote for a IS 350 F Sport, White/red with Navigation System w/Mark Levinson Premium Audio, Navigation Package, Intuitive Parking Assist, Backup Monitor, Premium Package.
The price before further negotiation is at $45,500. Im pretty sure i can get it lowered by $2000 for college grad rebate, and by talking to the guy. Im assuming i'll get around $43,000.
What would be a lease price on this for 36 months assuming i put nothing down. Thanks
P.S. I live in NY

First off, how the heck did you find a ML car in NY? I'm about to order one and I saw the locator screen myself - there's nothing out there. Well, good for you.
Anyway, what's the MSRP? When you say "nothing down," are you paying taxes, bank fee, dmv fees etc up front?
Current residual for 36mo 12k/yr is 63% with a .00100 money factor if you know how to do the math. Bank fee should be $700.
Endaar

For that car and particualr packages, True Car has it at a selling price of $45,038 and MSRP of $48,770. Assuming you can get the $2,000 off, that will drop it to $43,000. Using the 4% sales tax of NY, assuming a money factor of 0.0011 (2.64 APR), cap cost of $800, residual of 63% (as stated above), and a lease term of 36 months, your monthly would be $465.39.
RV would be $30,725
Your cost would be $16,720
Taxes rolled into the lease would be $670

Are you sure it has Intuitive Parking Assist. My understanding is the F Sport doesn't come with that.
