Default Lease Price Feedback please..

Hello,

Wife picked out a 2014 IS250 with navigation. She does not want the F Sport.

Sticker was $42,358
Sale price at $39,570

Total due at signing was $2,000
36 month lease, 10k miles per year
$375 per month including tax

Any feedback? Good, bad, decent?

Thank you

seems a little high. you can def. get it lower.

My car - 2014 IS250 with navi.

Sticker - 41,772
Total Drive off - $1000
24 month lease, 12k miles per year
$350 including Los Angeles, CA TAX.

and I don't even qualify as tier+1 (credit 720+)
if I had Tier+1, it would've been cheaper..

My lease that I got is 2014 Lexus is350 non f sport. Black on black, navi, led headlights, blind spot, heating/cooling seats, park assist.

I pay $350 a month with $4000 down. I havE 6% sales tax so that is the numbers with the tax. 27 month/10000 miles.

I think it's a great deal

Wish we had these monthly lease payments in Canada.

Same car, 2K at delivery for 36 mths is 730$/month with tax.
With the best negotiation, you're lucky to get it in the low to mid $600s.

So $375 per month, WOW, if you like the dealer and the experience so far, don't bother nickeling and diming to save an extra 10$, and just go for it.

$2000 out the door, included taxes, fees, registration, and first months payment.

Thanks guys. If they want to sell her the car, they'll have to revisit those numbers. She would be tier one credit as well.

Thank you for the info.

There must be more to this story....numbers don't make sense at all ....why would they give you over 8000 dollars off a car that is so sought out for right now..they need not give that kind of discount on this car....you sure you didnt steal the car

300 to 350 is not bad at all i dont know what people are talking saying it is....in new york you pay 250 300 for a honda.....if you roll the taxes into the lease etc the payment will be higher....i paid my tax up front first payment and destination charge....and that was way more than 2000 ...so i dont understand how this guy above got a 350 f sport for almost 10k cheaper than msrp and only put 2000 down lol...that dont even cover taxes and first payment...

anyways 300 - 350 is not that bad at all your driving a very luxurious vehicle

wow you guys are getting really good deals, i'd be very happy with a $350 monthly payment.
My quote for a IS 250 F Sport AWD with Nav, Blind Spot.
The car is $45053, he dropped it down to $43000, that's all he would do for me.

$1134 down
$544 a month for 36 months/ 10K miles.
That's with the tax rolled onto my monthly

$2500 down and $488 a month if i pay the tax upfront.

You just have to negotiate. I was talking to two dealers. Keyes of van nuys and lexus of santa monica. At first they wanted $1600 down and like $450 a month for 36 months. I talked to one and then the other until I got the price to $2000 out the door with taxes and fees and first month payment. $352 a month for 27 months. I added the wear insurance which made it go up to $374.

Hey guys,
Just wanted to get some input as well about a potential lease in Florida (JM Lexus in Coconut Creek, FL). I am being offered the Ultra White with Red Interior IS 250 F Sport with NAV and Blind Spot monitoring. The sticker price on it is 43K. They brought it down to 40,774. 10K lease for 36 months. First payment on them. They are making the remaining two payments on my 2011 IS 250 F Sport. All maintenance covered. No Money down.
They are offering 450 a month (sales tax included in the price). Is that a decent figure? I know things can vary greatly state to state so just wanted to reach out. I appreciate any help. Thanks guys. Hoping to stay in the family.

Hello all,

I just leased a 14 250 Starfire Pearl/Flaxen with Navi/Premium packages, blind-spot sensors, wheel locks, mats, and 18's for $234 a month on a 27 month lease with $2,000 down. My first month payment was included in the 2k. I got the car at Cerritos Lexus here in LA. I am allowed 10k miles a year.
