Service Menu
I just picked up a new 2014 350 F-Sport and am loving it. However, there are some tweaks I'd like to make. Does anybody know how to make software adjustments that would normally require a visit to the dealer? One tweak would be modifying the number of blinks for a lane change signal. I know the dealer can do it, along with many other changes, but is there a way (recommended or not) to make adjustments along those lines? It is not in the service menu accessed through ACC > Lights off/on three times (while holding menu).
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

You can reference this document. The ones marked "Dealer Only" will need to be done at the dealer or through OBD cable connected to a laptop with specific software.

I took this in with me when I went to sign the paperwork for my car. The sales person told me I could have this done on my 5000 mile service, but I insisted they do it while I waited for finance.

I did see that document. That's how I knew it could be done.
Does anyone know if there is software that can be obtained to make those modifications? If so, does anyone have this?

A Toyota TIS package can be purchased off of eBay for less than $50 which connects to a laptop using USB and the software will connect to the IS 350. It will give you full access to all of the customizable features of the vehicle. How do I know? I have one and use it on my '05 4Runner and the '14 IS 350 F-Sport. Good investment, especially if you have more than one Toyota manufactured vehicle with OBD2.
I recently programmed the immobilizer on my '05 4Runner when I cut a new key, along with the key fob itself. It can also program things like the TPMS and perform diagnostics.

I talked to the dealership about the adjustable features and they were clueless about a way for me to do it.
