Do the rear chrome exhaust tips get dirty with carbon / soot?
Debating whether or not to do Black Pearl for both the front and rear "L" emblems or just the front, as I like the way the emblem looks at the rear with the chrome exhaust tips, but wondering if the tips will get blackened with carbon / soot over time (don't plan to clean same on a regular basis).
The tips seem to wrap around the pipes, instead of begining at the end of them, which might mean they might stay cleaner, but not sure.
Please advise.
Thanks.

IS250 carbon/soot on tips
Ever since I got the Magnaflow exhaust with the nice tips, I want to keep them shiny clean outside and on the inside rim. Mine get dirty fairly quickly IMO. By the time my gas tank is done, the inside bottom tip is blackened.
Pic below shows the buildup starting from a polished tip, after about 80 km/50 miles of driving. Disregard interior tube which is intentionally painted black.
350 owners, comparatively how are your tips?
