Paddle Shifters
Anyone here use this on their 350 F Sport?
Does the paddle shifter and manual gearbox have the same gear ratio?(or is one faster than the other?)
Once redline is hit, will it automatically shift up for you?

The gear ratios of the transmission are fixed. They can't be changed. The shifter paddles and the stick (when it's in M+/M- mode) are just acting as electronic switches that tell the transmission to shift up or down. There is no difference in speed between regular D, or M+/M- when you put your foot to the floor. On the lexus's with M+/M- they will let you bounce off the rev-limiter without shifting up for you. On cars like the ES 350 or 2nd Gen IS, when you knock the shifter over to the left to put it in manual mode, it actually gives you an S instead of an M on the gauge cluster. These cars, I believe, will shift up to the next gear if you try and push the engine past redline.

Thanks for the info.
But in other words, the paddle shifters and the stick is just for extra fun? lol(which i completely dont mind)
Will it at least save gas overall?

You will most likely use more gas using the paddles. To save gas keep it in eco mode. In eco mode I average 26 mpg (which is pretty crappy for a 2.5 ltr V6)
