Some phones are made more luxurious than others but at end of the day, these electronics are made to break. These companies would not be in business if your phone lasted a lifetime.

Of course they would. You replace your phone because the technologies evolves not because the phone are flimsy and cheap made. Are you telling me that if you phone from 2004 would still work you'll still use it?!

I wouldn't personally but I know someone who used the same phone for 6 years, tape was literally holding the phone together.
