Default Front Bumper. Any recommendations?

Another lousy event...

Long story short...
Car parked at Carl's Jr for lunch, backed into parking space. Guessed somebody backed up into my car while I was gone, and created this disgusting make over. Tried to get the surveillance video from Carl's Jr, but seems incorporative... Else would claim as hit-&-run.

Fix or no fix...? Eye sore, but expensive to fix...
Parts are quite expensive. Any recommended place to get parts for replacement?

Thanks
Phil

Did you call the police and file a report? Maybe that would coax Carl's to pony up the film.

As for the repair, I am not a repair expert, but that doesn't look too bad. A good shop may be able to apply some heat to area it to smooth it out and do a fairly decent repair. What helps is that your car is white! Good luck.

There aren't any replacement parts used at list.I m searching for the Fsport grills ,surround, emblem and the rubber on top of the grills a long time now.I ve found these and I m dying to buy them http://www.kijiji.ca/v-auto-body-par...ationFlag=true. But I can't find anyone to help me locate this man so other than that there is no one selling Unfortunatelly.Your hit is not that bud though.A good shop can fix it without changing any part.Good luck

Didn't call the cop to file a report... Probably was shocked/panic/stunned... Didn't come to my sense... Probably also because didn't want to get a fix-up ticket for front license plate. =X

PAVGR: Found a website that sells parts, http://is.sewellparts.com/parts-catalog/IS350-2014.html . Not sure how good they are, but 2014 IS's parts are not cheap... And the grill assembly looks strange. Seems it's a 2 pcs grill rather than 1pcs...

Anybody know a good shop near LA or San Bernardino County that may be able to fix up my bumper? Please recommend! Greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Phil

Sewell is where most users of this forum go for OEM parts. They give us a discount for belonging to this club. You have to sign up and enter the code to see and received the discounted pricing. If you are going to replace it all, that will definitely get pricey. You may be able to find used parts, but that will be quite the search. I am sure you will lots of ideas once folks see this post. Plus it looks like you are Cali. Lots of Lexus owners out there with connections. Sit tight, I think you'll get some options.

Definitely Sewell. Make an account and follow the steps to get your CL discount and the front bumper painted will be about $600. Find a shop to install it and it should be cheaper than going to your dealership.
