Car will not start....HELP!!
I am having a problem with my 2007 IS250. My car will not start. It is not the battery. I have had it tested, I have disconnected it, I have tried jumping it. Headlights come on, break lights come on when depressed, and interior lights come on. It is not the key fob battery either. The car is still able to be unlocked, locked, alarm set off, and pop trunk with it with no issues. When I depress the brake the green indicator light on the start button does not come on, however "ENGINE START/STOP" on the button is illuminated. Dashboard lights do not come on. Accessory mode does not come on. Engine doesn't start or turn over, no clicking noises, nothing. The door open light constantly stays on even with all the doors shut. Possibly in relation to this, my brake light will occasionally come on temporarily, but does not constantly stay on(not currently but before when car was running fine). Any clue? I am really trying to avoid having to tow it into the dealership!!

no start or cranks but no start?
connect the batt. make sure you have a solid connections. let the car charge up for minute before starting it. press down on the brake pedal hard and make sure the green light is on the start button. you can also try placing the keyfob emblem side right onto the start button if the key fob batt is low.

nothing is gonna happen unless u get the green light on the start button to appear. if nothing is wrong with the batter like u stated i would place it back and hook it up. the batt will even out any voltage spikes and acts like a capacitor.
and double check that main fuse
and double check that main fuse
