Default aftermarket parts on leased car?

Hey guys,
So my lease is ending in a few months (next year march-april) and I'm going to remove all the aftermarket parts that are not from Lexus but I was wondering, since I have the F sport rear anti sway bar, can I just leave the sway bar on the car and return it stock WITH the sway bar? Or will they still charge me extra for adding a performance part to a non F sport IS model? Thanks!

It is a 15 minute job to change out the rear sway bar. I never leased a car so I can not comment if they will charge you or not.

I'd change it back for two reasons

1) Don't want to risk them charging you anything extra for missing OEM parts
2) You can resell sway bar and get most of your money back, plus like the other poster said its a 15 minute job

I returned a leased CTS with some after market parts that I didn't want to bother removing. When you turn it in they do a walk around like renting a car before leaving... they will not look under the car with it up in the air. You more than likely will not be charged for it... but why not take it off and sell it?

As others have said, it is pretty easy if you are at all mechanically inclined, have the tools. It's even easier if you aren't mechanically inclined, but know someone who is and will do it for free.
Only question would be if the end links are rusted and don't come loose easily.
