08 is250 front wheel bearing
Hi everyone this is my first post and I hope I put it in the right spot. I have a 08 is250 AWD and I will be replacing the front hub assembly. Does anyone here know whats involved in doing this. I know I have to take the caliper and the rotor off. The there are 4 bolts in the back of the hub. I noticed there is a nut in the Centre of the hub. Do I need to take that nut of as well. It looks like it is a twelve point nut. Any guidance with this would be greatly appreciated. Is there anything i should know or be careful of?

Yeah, because you have an AWD model, you will have to remove that axle nut. If you don't have a good assortment of tools and breaker bars, I'd leave this project to a local shop to tackle. Some end up no being able to break those four bolts loose from the hub and end up taking the car to a shop. If you have a GOOD impact gun, you should be able to get this done yourself. If not, you might get lucky with just using a LONG breaker bar.
