Default What do I request for maintenance in excess of 150,000 miles?

The owners manual only goes up to 150k in terms of scheduled maintenance. I typically change my oil every 5k miles so there's that, but how do I approach 155k, 160k, 165k, and so on? Do I ask for a "155k maintenance?"

I purchased my 2009 IS350 brand new back in '09 and it's currently at 95k miles so I have a ways to go until I hit 150k, but I'll be keeping this car for another 15-20 years so I'll reach >150k eventually.

I remember Kurtz used to post what he considered to be the "essentials" as far as maintenance goes.

Is say just double the mileage. For instance 60K, double that.

If you pay more attention to the manual, you will see some kinds of repetitive pattern.

5k interval: oil change, rotate wheels, various inspections.
30k interval: change AC filter, change engine filter, brake flush.
60k interval: spark plugs, battery (this varies)
100k interval: coolant flush.

My additional recommendation:
5k: Inspect brake pads, rotors and tires and replace them when necessary.
20-30k: check alignment.
30k: differential oil change, PCV valve change.
